Meet Our Team
Vishnu Mohan
Director
Founded by Vishnu Mohan, a former Registered Nurse with years of experience in hospitals across Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Logan, and Ipswich, Sunflower Disability Services was born from a vision to bridge the gaps in the NDIS services sector. Vishnu transitioned from healthcare to entrepreneurship, where he continues to apply his passion for finding needs and delivering impactful solutions. His deep understanding of care and people led to the launch of Sunflower’s NDIS registration in 2023.
Abey Abraham
Operations Manager
Joining him is Abey Abraham, a finance and accounting professional who found his calling in community services post-COVID. Abey moved into NDIS support coordination and psychosocial recovery coaching, using his financial acumen to guide participants through budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and achieving their NDIS goals. His unique experience enables him to aid both participants and providers in navigating the NDIS system with confidence.
